Actuators with push rod are units consisting of a permanently mounted gearmotor and a driven, rotating screw. The screw nut is designed as a push rod and runs inside of the push tube. The push rod and push tube cover the screw and protect it from environmental influences and loss of lubricant. The push tube provides space for the installation or mounting of limit switches. The linear actuators can be controlled by installing encoders or potentiometers. DC motors, AC motors or servo drives are used as actuators. The actuators HG25 – HG36 as well as the series HGAL/HGAP already have integrated drives. Combinations of linear actuators with servo motors and stepper motors are also available. In addition, some of the actuators are also suitable for mounting the customer’s own motors.
