Customers:

Candidates:

In accordance with Art. 88 (1) DSGVO in conjunction with Section 26 (1) BDSG, the personal data you provide will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of deciding whether to establish an employment relationship.

The provision of your personal data is necessary for the processing of the application process and for the decision of an employment relationship. If you do not provide it, we are unfortunately unable to consider you in the selection process for filling the advertised position. Automated decision-making will not be carried out.

Your personal data will generally not be passed on to external third parties. Should it be operationally necessary, the external service providers will be engaged as order processors in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO.

The processing and assessment of your application documents will be carried out by the management, the application officers and, if necessary, with the responsible contact person of the respective specialist department for which a new employee is being sought.

Your personal data will not be passed on to a third country.

Your application documents will be stored for the duration of the application process and for an additional 3 months to enable us to respond to applicant questions if necessary. After expiry of the aforementioned period, applications will be deleted. Application documents sent by post will also be returned or destroyed after the aforementioned period.

Only upon our direct request and your express written consent we will store your data until revoked in order to inform you about upcoming needs or interesting job offers of our company.

Employees:

In accordance with Art. 88 (1) DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 (1) sentence 1 BDSG, the personal data provided by you will be collected and processed for the purpose of implementing and terminating the employment relationship.

The provision of your personal data is necessary for employment and for the implementation of the employment relationship with Technische Antriebselemente GmbH. If it is not provided, it is unfortunately not possible to employ you in our company. Automated decision-making will not be carried out.

Your personal data will be passed on to the respective health insurance company, to the tax office and other authorities, which is necessary within the scope of the employment relationship due to legal requirements. In addition, your personal data will be forwarded to our tax consulting company for accounting purposes. Your personal data will only be communicated to other external business partners if this is necessary for the implementation of the employment relationship, for the initiation or fulfillment of contracts or within the scope of a legitimate interest of the responsible party.
